Geht so ..., Badezimmer sehr schlecht, Duschwand konnte man nicht schließen... Bett war ok! Beim Frühstück kein Gemüse wie Tomaten oder Paprika etc.

Basic budget hotel offering unappetising budget breakfast. Noise nightly from pounding music from disco up to 4am causing sleep disturbance. Shame as Albefeira spoilt by loud music being allowed to be played until 4 am each night.

We had a wonderful stay at Vila Recife ! Clean, the locations was fantastic , close to everything , the staff were nice. Only down is, we experience some noice from street during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property

We booked hotel for 1 night on Friday 28th march. The room was clean but had no hairdryer which I thought there should have been. We were in room 505 which I think is the last room in the hotel. When we went to bed there was a noise like a generator in the balcony which came on for about 15 mins then went off for about 5 mins. It was impossible to sleep. We put up with this until 2am when we decided we would have to let reception know as we could not sleep with the noise. The receptionist said they would come up to the room to check this but they didn’t. We then packed our stuff and went to reception to be told that the receptionist was new. By this time we were tired and fed up. We decided to leave as there was no attempt to either fix the problem or move us to another room. Reception took a note of our details but we have yet to hear from them. Really not happy with the service.

Hotel was 5 star service ..allow me to check in before 12pm. Room is big and a proper hotel look. Staff was really helpful. Free breakfast. 10 walk to old town. Really good to stay.

Jeg ankom til et hotelværelse hvor luftfugtigheden var enormt høj. Det lugtede fælt af røg på værelset. Så det har klart været et rygerværelse jeg havde fået. Der var beskidt med cigaretskodder samt kakerlakker under sengen som var blevet slået ihjel, men ikke fjernet bagefter. Der var mange berusede mennesker på hotellet, så der var meget råben og skrigen og sparken på dørene til værelserne midt om natten, bestemt ikke et sted for børnefamilier. Og hotelpersonalet gjorde ikke noget ved det. Den dårligste hotel oplevelse i mit liv.

A nice hotel in the Old Town of Albufeira, ideal location for going to the beaches and the Old Town square. The buffet breakfast was good value for money. The rooms are dated with improvement needed in the bathrooms but spacious with Air conditioning. The hotel also provides a good happy hour offer during the late afternoon.

I would not stay here. We booked 3 nights and left after 1. We had ants in our room and were promised on site parking. Parking was a mile away. The pictures of the room were nice, however, the rooms were not as photographed. Old, outdated, uncomfortable, and dirty. We did not receive any refund for our 2 nights we did not stay due to the staff not being cooperative. For the price point - stay any where else.

La struttura un po’ datata, nelle camere solo una o due prese mobilio datato… non c’era neanche un posto dove appendere nulla o poggiare la valigia al di fuori dell’armadio molto scomodo, il bagno molto rudimentale e poco pulito formiche camminavano indisturbate… La parte della colazione fornita di dolce e salato solo peccato per le formiche che giravano sempre sopra il cibo… anche dopo diverse segnalazioni agli addetti alla sala… va beh che siamo ad un 2 stelle ma le basi…. La manager e la receptionist Tayss molto carine simpatiche e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa

Op de foto lijkt dit een prima hotel in old town Albufeira. Echter is dit hotel slecht onderhouden. Er is een muffe lucht te ruiken door het hele hotel, de kamers zijn vochtig door slechte ventilatie, schimmel in de badkamer op de muren, douchekraan is kapot waardoor de hele badkamer nat wordt, het water uit de kraan is bloedheet of juist ijskoud, ontbijt is vreselijk. De koffie is waterig, brood oud, en alles wordt niet goed schoon gehouden. Wat een ellende is dit hotel.

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en het is op loopafstand van de binnenstad van oud albufeira. Fijn zwembad en nette kamers. Ontbijt was ook goed. Al met al krijg je waar voor je geld.

Perfect hotel for a short stay. The best location in Albuferia Old Town. Staff were super friendly & helpful. The room was basic & small but clean, ideal for a short trip. Overall and amazing hotel for the price. Rooftop terrace has amazing views! If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel stay I highly recommend.

Non commento la struttura , che comunque è bella fuori , ma dentro sembra una caserma vecchia. Ci saremmo comunque accontentati poiché abbiamo prenotato solo per una notte . L’accoglienza è stata pessima da parte di Daniela alla quale consiglio di lavorare in una catena industriale e non al contatto con il pubblico . All’ufficio postale in Italia sono molto più calorosi. Non si può entrare come ospiti paganti in una struttura e non avere nemmeno un benvenuto . Tre informazioni chieste , tre risposte errate , Daniela non sa che la cucina nei ristoranti chiude a tarda notte . Abbiamo prenotato una camera con letto matrimoniale e i letti erano singoli . Quando abbiamo , gentilmente fatto presente la richiesta , poteva gentilmente rispondere che la prenotazione era arrivata troppo tardi , invece ha preferito stare a sindacare e dire che non avevamo fatto tale richiesta . Abbiamo mostrato la prenotazione con letto matrimoniale e ci ha risposto di unire i letti . Se Daniela vuole venire in Italia ad imparare l’accoglienza , saró ben lieto di ospitarla e insegnarle come si cura il cliente . Lavoro che svolgo e per il quale sono Anche molto bravo .
