"Very close to everything , right with many restaurants in the area, the staff is fabulous, they are there to help with anything you need. The rooms are big and comfortable. My only issue was the bed is very hard and made my hips sore. Easy efficient check in but they want to out promptly at 10:30 which doesn't make a lot of sense to me , I am on vacation.Fortunately we had to be at the train so we had to be out anyway otherwise I would have found it quite inconvenient. Nadia was Fabulous!"

"This hotel is not a “hotel” in the traditional sense. The door to enter the building is a wicket door, which was our first safety concern, as I hit my head on it exiting the building. The hotel rooms are on the second floor of the building. There is a front counter, but the staff working there did not typically even look up as guests entered or left. The second safety concern is in the room, there are cut out steps leading down to the balcony within the actual hotel room. As in, part of the floor just disappears in front of the curtains. Our son fell here while walking and luckily wasn’t hurt. The hotel room itself is nicely decorated, and the hotel breakfast was decent. Unfortunately our sleeping was not great. The walls are thin, allowing both street noise, and noise from the front desk (we could hear the phone ringing, as well as sound from videos that the staff were watching). There are no blackout curtains, which lets a lot of street lamp light into the room during the night. All in all, while the room was pretty, the logistics made it difficult to enjoy the stay."

"The flat itself and Angela's responsiveness were good. Water pressure was good. Price was good. We rate it about an 8 out of 10 only due to the location. A lot of trash, homeless, and drug use in the area. We just got here after being in Milan and Rome. So we were a little shocked at how unclean the area is. It is conveniently located as we enjoyed visiting Pompeii, Mt. Vesuvius, and Sorrento via train."

"Don't be fooled by the stairs to the first floor entrance which aren't the best. The small lobby and the rooms are spotless. Great communications on WhatsApp from staff for a small issue and it was rectified super quick. Close to Naples central and metro not far away to get everywhere you need to."
