Stay was good for the most part. It's not a freestanding hotel, more like a b and b. Convenient location and the main street is safe but some of the side streets felt sketchy at night. Staff mostly good but new guy the first night knocked on our door at 11 pm bc he needed our passports again (copies didn't print the first time).

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hidden gem. To begin, it is through a door in plain sight, but you can't tell which one, which makes it fun. You have to be buzzed in by the hotel that gives you an extra layer of security. The lobby is beautiful with a stunning chandelier. Our room was spacious with THREE balconies. The tub was extremely large. The room was very clean and well-appointed including a curling iron, and clothing iron. The shower was so cool. It was up a few stairs and behind a glass wall by the head of the bed. The location is great because you only have to walk a few blocks in any direction to get to the areas of interest.

We enjoyed our stay very much here. The hotel staff were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Our only concern was that we could hear the noise from the streets outside the hotel, but not enough so that we couldn’t sleep completely. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Parking is available but it is only valet parking for an extra fee. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are interested in exploring the city of Naples.

Hidden gem in the middle of everything. Super walkable and the staff were very helpful. Couldn’t have navigated Napoli without Roberta. Nice breakfast.

Rooms are large. They each have several small balconies. WiFi works good. Breakfast was good with fresh squeezed juices different ones each day. Bed comfortable. Hotel is located on 2 floors of an apartment building on main boulevard. Near many attractions and in between 2 metro stations. Found great restaurants in the area. Very walkable, lots of shopping. Great location. Nice stay.

The hotel was clean and centrally located. I had read it was hard to find so I was prepared for that. Since we took a taxi from the train station they took us right to the place. When you get there push the button next to the hotel name and it unlocks the door. It is a door within a door (picture ). It’s on the 1st floor (floor 0 is ground). The breakfast was good and included with the room. They charge for waters or drinks taken from the refrigerator. I’ll would recommend this hotel.

A very modern Hotel lots of pink & white we had junior suite with spa bath in the room very spacious 3 balconies. overlooking the main street and side street , it was convenient to walk to the middle of the Historic Centre ,you are in the Historic centre but not right in the middle which is good as its very busy and loud , the staff were very helpful , and the rooms are spotlessly clean , we walked everywhere its around 15/20 min to the harbour to get the ferry to Sorrento and other places , if you want to visit i suggest you buy your passes at the station on lower level of the central station .or on line , it was a very good place to stay you do need your sat nav maps as it makes things much easier whsn you leave hotel most places are only 15/25 min walk from hotel . .....good for couples as well as families ...

This was a spotless and well maintained hotel in the middle of a very busy city. Clean rooms and excellent staff. The staff was more than willing to advise the answers to most all questions. I would highly recommend “Nunu” and would definitely stay there again the next time in Napoli.
