Naples is a bit rough around the edges, but this property was a pleasant surprise. It looks newly renovated, it was very clean and with a convenient location. Nadia was a great host and provided us with very helpful information and recommendations.

The room was amazing. The sauna and tub was spectacular, but it is on a very busy road. Traffic was loud all hours of the night and was hard to sleep.

I had a great stay at the property. It was just as the pictures. Great location. Great communication with host Nadia. She even sent recommendations for things to enjoy in the area. And I needed a taxi for the day I was leaving and she reserved it for me. I would stay here again and recommend to others. Very clean and has everything you may need for example international plug in case you forgot yours. Our room had a huge jacuzzi with rainfall shower.

We had a great stay at Galery Suite in Naples. The location is excellent — very close to all the main attractions, transportation, and everything you might need, which made getting around the city very easy. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff was always helpful and kind, and they even assisted us in arranging transportation to the airport, which made our departure stress-free. Before arriving, I was a bit concerned about the noise because of some reviews I had read, since it’s located on a busy street. However, it turned out not to be an issue at all — it didn’t affect our sleep, especially since we were usually tired after a full day exploring the city. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very close to everything , right with many restaurants in the area, the staff is fabulous, they are there to help with anything you need. The rooms are big and comfortable. My only issue was the bed is very hard and made my hips sore. Easy efficient check in but they want to out promptly at 10:30 which doesn't make a lot of sense to me , I am on vacation.Fortunately we had to be at the train so we had to be out anyway otherwise I would have found it quite inconvenient. Nadia was Fabulous!

We stayed here for one night and we were very impressed! It was clean, the staff were friendly and attentive, and Nadia helped coordinate a round trip private transport for us to Pompeii. Highly recommend!

Arrived at night and left early via train to Salerno so I'm uncertain of amenities nearby. Not a great location for a solo female traveler - particularly when your ride drops you off at the wrong location and you're walking aimlessly in the dark with heavy luggage. Not the fault of the property but the neighborhood, difficult check in location & process (virtual) plus angst of being in foreign country with just lag = no bueno.
