「I usually stay here every time I'm in Knoxville because the rooms are reasonable, nice, and staff know me. There were a few stains on my comforter but other than that everything was fine. I'm sure if I would've asked for another one I would've gotten it, but I was ready to go to sleep. 」

「It was very comfortable, although it was one overnight, so did not spend a lot of time in the area. The room was very satisfactory, great shower, a good night's sleep, quick breakfast and off we go.」

「It’s not new and it’s not fancy, but it is so clean! You can tell by the beautifully maintained planters around the front door that someone is working to make this a good place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. There’s even a homemade waffle bar in the lobby for breakfast. For the price, you can’t beat it. 」

「The price isn't expensive, and the room is clean. There is no noise, too. I would like to stay this hotel once more if I went to the U.S..」

「Close to event」

「The hotel was under complete restoration and it showed. There was only one way to enter and leave. Thankfully we were only passing through for the night. I will say the bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. If I had not already made on-line reservations and paid in advance, we would have never stayed here. The lobby ceiling was leaking with buckets catching the water as you walked in. As for TV we were only able to get a few channels. The interaction with the staff was pleasant.」
