「This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. 」

「Lovely hotel, previously stayed when it was Lacanda san Barnaba and the upgrade is really great, whilst still keeping the originsl ceiling frescos and other features. Great new updsted bathrooms. Great communal areas as well as fab breakfast. Only slight niggle was not much hanging space and no drawers but easily manageable. Overall a great stay」

「The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful.」

However, the staff members in general are not entirely friendly, particularly those serving at concierge. Having said that, a lady staff receiving guests at the breakfast area is very helpful and always greets us with smile」

「飯店設施稍嫌老舊,第一晚入住按摩浴缸無法使用且浴缸漏水.但反應之後立刻換一間房間.有迎賓飲料與小點心 這讓人非常驚訝.距離碼頭超級近,走路去聖馬可廣場大約5~10分鐘.」

「雖然我們只有兩個人，但是幫我們安排了兩間相連的房間，還有頂樓可以上去吹吹風看風景，聆賞床外的水道不時有唱著義大利民謠的貢多拉划過，一邊品嚐房間裡提供的香醇膠囊咖啡，此情此景夫復何求。」

「We liked the location. It was close to many attractions and restaurants. The apartment was big enough for us and there was a high chair and a pop up baby bed in a closet. However, the check in was difficult and we never received any fresh towels. After 5 days, we had several bags of trash that needed dumping and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone to bring us more toilet paper. We felt frustrated that we had to purchase paper towels to help us keep the kitchen tidy since there were no towels....
