"We only had a quick night stay and were celebrating a special occasion. The staff were very professional and treated us so well and were able to upgrade our experience for our evening. Highly recommend and super convenient for the airport!"

"Quick get away…close to Hull for the beach and fireworks.. Two issues that we encountered were ..we went to the bar for some lunch..not too many GF options ..bartender said they could make wings on the grill GF , which I was pleased with ..awaited 1/2 hour which was expected ..when the wings arrived the wings had crispy shallots on the top..which we found out not gluten free…he told me they could make more but we were not going to wait another 1/2 hour. Being that there were not other options I just asked for ice cream .. he did comp it for us Just disappointed for an error like this to happened with serve/ save training An issue with the shower the temperature was difficult adjust ..all we wanted after a long day at the beach was a nice shower . On a good note.. the bed and pillows were comfortable .."

"We stayed in Boston for one night and it was hard to find somewhere cost effective. Therefore, we opted for this hotel on a whim, never using a shared bathroom before so we were a bit apprehensive. We were so pleasantly surprised at the room, it was very well thought out on the design and layout. The bed was SO comfortable and the air conditioning was great. We never ran into anybody at the bathrooms and they were very clean. I would book this place again without even thinking and really enjoyed my coffee inside their lobby. My only suggestion, it would be great if all the bathrooms had paper towels for drying your hands. I felt weird that there were actual towels under the sink and never opted to use them since I didn’t know if others did. Also, if you have a rental car, you will walk a bit to use the nearby parking garage but it only costed us $35 for 1 night since we got our ticket validated by the hotel."

"For such a beautiful place they never had enough staff on the desk one guy most of the time sometimes too for a busy Fourth of July weekend. It was horrible. They have seven stations and two people there very understaffed at the front desk. I don’t know how they would do that"

"The stay was good. Room was very clean. Nice spot for the hotel. Overall everything was good except all the additional charges and paid parking. I never paid for room and parking separately. When ever I booked a hotel room parking was included with no additional charges for parking. Also they keep charging my card for stuff I didn't even order/purchase from their breakfast area. First time I ask they one employee said it was breakfast charges, second time another employee said it was just pending charges the hotel charge. So idk what's going on."
