「Location was great right next to Kenmore station and BU buildings right across. Hotel doesnt have any restaurants itself but has a Japanese place adjoining & Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks also right next to it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room size is quite good. Everything needed was there. We had a room facing Fenway Park.」

「Excellent value for the price! I recommend it highly. More amenities in the rooms than they list online, including microwave, mini fridge, coffee, toaster, iron, hair dryer, some clothes hangers. Soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Comfy and clean bed. A charming old brownstone.」

「The room was clean and well-appointed, the staff courteous and kind. The only thing was that it took 25 min to get our car in the morning from the valet, which I understand with city parking; I would just have requested it earlier. I’d definitely stay here again! 」

「Our valeted car was scratched when it was returned, but the valet manager didn’t want to admit it, and the hotel manager never showed up and never responded the email. No one cares in the hotel unless charging USD55 valet fee.」

「A great place to stay while in Boston, the hotel itself offers free breakfast which includes full breakfast and delicious meals in their French style restaurant, a lovely lobby to hangout and all day coffee/hot tea which becomes a great plus for the winter time in Boston. The front desk staff is all very friendly and helpful.
