My stay started out a little shaky, the first room my sister and I were given was already occupied, the second room was not cleaned but the third one was good. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.

I’ve stayed here in the last and always loved this hotel. The staff is very kind, caring & attentive. The bed is comfortable. The ocean view room was perfect (although I could see this getting loud during the summer but perfect for off-peak). That being said, I’d still stay there, but get a room not right over the restaurant. Location is great because the hotel is in the middle of everything so you can walk everywhere. Hotel is clean & well maintained. Only thing I didn’t love was the shower. There is this weird on/off button which gave off a blast of cold water. Not a dealbreaker for me. I will stay there again.

I had a very pleasant two night stay this week. The staff were very friendly. I didn’t check everything in the room but everything seemed to working great. I also loved hearing the sound of the surf as I fell asleep and woke up. Quite a feature. The restaurant. Was busy even on a Sunday evening with what looked like lots of locals.

Last minute stay. Charged rate higher than quoted on phone. Expedia advertised rate was more than walk in rate yet said $20 less for members. Used $29 Expedia credit and still paid same as walk in rate. Amenity fee confusing. Really just forced parking charge. Room was pretty clean. Some hair in bathroom. Pool and jacuzzi too crowded to enjoy. Even though off season. Comfortable bed. Fireplace was nice. Street noise audible 24/7. Great location to walk to beach and restaurants.

Lobby, pool, and restaurant were great, and the staff was amazing. Unfortunately, the room was a huge disappointment. For almost $200, the bathroom was filthy and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls and covered in mold. I live 7 minutes away and just booked it for a quick escape, but the room was so uncomfortable I didn’t even want to sleep there.

We have stayed at this property before. This time was a bit of a disappointment. We let them know it was our 26th annivasary and nothing. Have run a inn guests want to feel seen, important. Our room was small for the price we paid. The bathroom shiw was not cleaned with old soap tried on the inside and mold on the ceiling. Mind you this was only one room, the fact tgat they have a restaurant on property is nice. Also a breakfast/coffe place but my suggestion is if check out is at 11 stay open until 11:30 so people can grab and go. Pool and hot tub were nice but check towel you grab for cleaniness. We may not be back next year, for the price we could stay closer to Boston. Also Ferry was not running this time of year (early Spring) on weekends to Boston.
