「Excellent endroit pour séjourner en famille au calme. Le personnel était extrêmement gentil. Le lieu est propre est super bien situé. Les maisonnettes sont belles. Nous avions vu sur la plage, extra !」

「Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience.」

「First room on the ground floor was not good. The staff were great and changed our room the same day to top floor and presented us with a bottle of Cava. Thank you. Pool, Way too cold for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast, the coffee, tea set up needs some better thought. Adult only and friendly staff with free parking just outside.」

「It was a good family hotel, could do with other restaurants on site, 7 nights is more than enough and you probably want to eat out as the buffet can get very tired and their Italian restaurant on site can be difficult to book with having to be book 2 days in advance. There's adult only sections but naturally are close to children areas so felt bad as no doubt they heard many screaming kids. The rooms were clean enough though expect dirty feet by the end of it, highly recommend the Merlin rooms...

「Everything was as to be expected, allowed to check-in early and use the AI. Even after checking out AI facilities available until 6pm. Main restaurant is being refurbished but did not affect our stay. Hotel was nice and quiet.」

「very nice hotel, room is large and good view, bed is large, buffet is quite exceed my expectation, variable and good taste. you can book the tour in the hall near reception and there will be bus coming to hotel to pick you up, even the bus is from other cities... for example the bus take other guests from capital/carmen/costa tagisse will come to the hotel to take you...it make me feel sorry that we are the last guests and waste other guest's time. :) during the 4 days stay I also get chance to...

「Loud music through huge speakers at the swimming pool - animators shouting through huge speakers at the swimming pool during polo-games with only 10 people and no-one watching. Overall appreciation: great hotel but too noisy at the swimming pools. 」

「Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Food is ok, nothing bad just standard all inclusive buffet. We chose bed and breakfast and ate out. Rooms nice, all very clean and good facilities. Swimming pool (preferred) is a lovely area to chill.」

「This is out of my expectations as a 4 star hotel. Travel with a 3 year old boy this is definitely a good choice staying here. There are some splash park and toddle pools for liitle one, its a joy for him everyday after breakfast. Location is good also the food is good, everday has different options and some tasted wonderful! 5 star for me at this price 🙃」
