「I booked a King Room handicap accessable 2 months ago. When we arrived at the property, I was told that the only room that was available 2 Queens no. Handicap accessable because they had booked 2 accommodations for 2 wedding parties and there was nothing they could do for me. I made my displeasure known and was then asked to park behind the building to allow for more wedding party parking. I tried calling Mariott and they said that nothing could be done for me because I booked through Expedia...

「It was a great stay」

「We stayed at this hotel so we could be near my son as it was parents weekend at URI. Lovely grounds and definitely a winery feel to it. Check in and out was simple. Our Room was Lovely... but just a few things could be improved on..expensive hotel so I suppose I expected more... the was a wedding going on so there was loud music until approx. 11pm with lots of guests returning to their rooms making alot of noise. No coffee machine in the room. In our room the bathroom sink had no area to place...

「Wonderful Hotel」

「the staff was helpful and very friendly」

「Very relaxing getaway for the night! Room was very comfortable, balcony and fireplace were a nice touch. Breakfast was great and Chair 5 was a great place to grab a drink and watch the sunset. Can’t wait to go back again!」

「The location of this little motel is perfect if you're taking the ferry to Block Island the next day. It's just two miles from the ferry port. We would have enjoyed staying here even if we were not going to Block Island, though—it's sparkling clean with a ton of little touches that turn a nice motel into a great one. There are towel bars and hooks in all the right places, and even an electrical outlet at the top of the refrigerator for plugging in an electric cooler or whatever else you need to...

「Perfect experience」

「The staff is very helpful and the concept of the property is nice, however the property needs improvements, the pillows are hard as rocks, the rooms are ok and the breakfast it is not full meal and the options are very limited and poor. The place have potential because indeed it is nice, but need attention to details, maixtenance and basic organization to be at an acceptable level and beyond.」

「The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the...

「We stay here often, the location is perfect it is walking distance to the heart of Newport. The rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly, we like that it has a kitchenette area, sitting area separate from the bedroom. The Building is old so the only complaint I ever have is having inconsiderate guests above us that have no consideration that there might be people wanting a quiet stay. Parking is available for a price but worth it, construction workers were there during our stay and took...
