「The hotel worked great for my daughter and I. We were the for college visits in the area and it was a great location for us. Nice clean rooms. 」

「Traveling to Salem on the off-season was a great experience for this hotel. There was plenty of parking, even though the parking in the back was small. The hotel itself is clean and beautifully decorated. The concierge was easy to get a hold of through text messaging. I like the digital check in and check out.」

「It was a great stay. Nice room. The only complaints was that it was so hot in the room and cold outside. You couldn’t adjust the temperature because they said “the air conditioning had not been turned in for the season”. We kept the heat on 65 degrees and it stayed well over 73. Also could use either a full shower door or a shower curtain. Location was great. 」

「The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. 」

「I appreciated the service we received and loved the suite. My suggestion: pay a little bit more for more room, more amenities (microwave, coffee maker, water heater, sink), a pull out couch. It is always nice to have a separate room. And it is quiet. Location is not far from the historical district and near the sanctuary and a view of Marblehead that you would not see elsewhere. 」

「Property shouldn’t be charging guests I was told the day prior to my reservation that it was being renovated and pool, breakfast and the lobby would be usable. We were given coffee and juice and microwave breakfast sandwiches to eat in our room. My TV didn’t work the whole time and when i asked about it, i was told they would fix it and it was never fixed. I can’t say this was enjoyable this time and really wish i could have taken advantage of the things that I thought i’d be getting when I...
