"The outside of this place is amazing. There is no pool but that’s ok because the big pool is just steps away. They have plenty of chairs and books that you can borrow. There are a few negatives that we made management aware of. "

"This had everything I wanted and needed - the walk out right to the beach was perfect and it was in a slightly more secluded area. Rooms were basic but nice, I appreciated the nicer shower. The check in and out process was super easy."

"I had a great experience here!! Being an ex Cocoa Beach resident, it was in a great location!! Very walkable to everything, especially the beach!! If you don't want to walk, you can pick up the A1A trolley northbound by 6th street! It goes all the way through Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral and turns around in the Port!! I'll definitely keep this place in mind when I return to the area!!"

"I was surprised that we had to share a air conditioning thermostat with our neighbor and they controlled it however the staff helped me out with that issue and they were very kind the room was very clean and the stay was a very pleasant highly recommend you replace shower head and handle. "
