"O quarto nao apresentava lençois muito limpos, a cama do quarto possui um buraco no meio, ja que é feita da uniao de 2 camas menores. Wifi muito lento, tv antiga, sem acesso a apps de streamings. Os elevadores são muito antigos, e um deles travou quando solicitamos. O café estava bom, a localização é boa e o quarto é espaçoso. Sao os pontos positivos."

One of the air co dirtiness was not working. The extra blanket in the closet smelled of dampness. The staff was not friendly or courteous. When we asked for help with a taxi they said they didn’t do that."

"Extremely basic room with a bed, tv, chair and a bathroom. Towels were provided but they’re rough! Breakfast buffet was lackluster. I wanted to drink a cup of herbal tea before bed but it was impossible to get any at the hotel. The restaurant at the lobby didn’t even want to provide me with a spoon when my food delivery didn’t arrive with one. I would not stay here again. "

"When we first checked in the Staff are amazing, when I came in we had a English speaker, I forgot his name but he was very patient and knowledgable and made us feel welcome and if we needed anything Doesn’t hesitant to ask . I liked the hotel is inside the shopping center. The down side about the hotel was the was some stains in some area here and there and the room was pretty small . And the ac system looks like it was falling apart. But what made up my experience was the amazing staff. So the other things didn’t bother me "
