We had an excellent experience at WTC. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff, especially Will, was friendly and welcoming. The service was great overall, and everything was taken care of. We highly recommend this hotel, it’s best in Goiania!!!

The property maintained an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness, and the rooms themselves were quite spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the separate charge for parking; I believe it should have been included in the overall hotel fee, especially given the already relatively high cost of the stay. Apart from this minor reservation, my overall experience was very positive, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Amazing new hotel in Goiania. Perfect modern and no frills. Rooms had top quality bed linnens, towels, tooletries and decor. Will stay again many times. Oh and breakfast was incredible and included.

The property needs to add an additional food choice. I went to lobby restaurant two times and both times the restaurant was unable to accomodate my food selection. Also, restaurant selection near the hotel is very poor. There is nothing good close to the hotel. My hotel room floor was filthy when I first walked into the room. I had to clear the entire floor myself with a towel. There was so much hair on the floor from previous guests. Also, my room was originally on the 18th floor, but I had to move to the 7th floor. there was construction noise happening above the 18th floor that was unacceptable. The construction was continuing past 8pm. This is UNACCEPTABLE. All the staff at the hotel was very professional. I do not know if I will stay here again.

I would like to kindly suggest an improvement in the housekeeping service. During the room cleaning, the floor was not cleaned, and only the trash was removed and the beds were made. A more thorough cleaning would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
