When we first checked in the Staff are amazing, when I came in we had a English speaker, I forgot his name but he was very patient and knowledgable and made us feel welcome and if we needed anything Doesn’t hesitant to ask . I liked the hotel is inside the shopping center. The down side about the hotel was the was some stains in some area here and there and the room was pretty small . And the ac system looks like it was falling apart. But what made up my experience was the amazing staff. So the other things didn’t bother me

Péssimo atendimento. Foi solicitado e pago por um quarto com cama de casal, e colocaram em um quarto com cama de solteiro. Como estava bem cansado nem questionei por motivos de já não ter sido bem recepcionado, que e ficaria apenas um dia mesmo.

Fiz uma reserva para cama de casal. Fiz o checkin e quando cheguei no quarto era cama de solteiro. Voltei à recepção e fui informado que não havia mais cama de casal. Simplesmente disseram que apesar de eu ter reservado cama da casal, não havia mais nenhuma. Mas só avisaram depois de eu fazer checkin e pagar. Vontade de resolver o problema: ZERO! Não vale a pena esse hotel.

O hotel é simples, mas o problema foi que pegamos um quarto que tava sujo com alguma goteira no banheiro que parecia estar naquele estado a alguns dias. Deixamos assim pois como tinha demorado quase 30 minutos no checkin estávamos atrasados para nosso compromisso. Depois mais tarde quando retornamos para o quarto percebemos que o ar condicionado não funcionava, e pelo hotel ser dentro do shopping impedia da gente ter ventilação natural. Conversamos com a recepção e eles deixaram a gente mudar de quarto porém foi necessário que a gente fosse até a recepção no fim da noite (22h) com todos nossos itens, sendo que mudamos para um quarto ao lado. Algo que poderia ter sido resolvido dado toda a inconveniência de uma forma menos trabalhosa para o hóspede.
