Sofrível.

Trata-se de hotel com infraestrutura antiga sem modernização. Diversos pontos com sinais de vazamento no teto dos corredores. A internet não funcionou no quarto, havendo necessidade de melhoria na cobertura da rede nos ambientes internos. O mobiliário do apartamento estava bem desgastado. O controle remoto da TV não funcionou e nem houve substituição. O ar-condicionado não permitia a regulagem de temperatura. Enfim, há necessidade de modernização.

Péssimo

Bem ruim. O hotel nao tem wifi que funciona, os atendentes ficam fazendo o hospede de bobo, mas nao funciona. Dao apenas 1 cartao pro quarto, mesmo tendo 2 ou 3 hospedes no quarto, dizendo que o hotel nao tem cartao do quarto suficiente. Cheio de mofo no teto dos banheiros e corredor. Carpete cheio de manchas, elevator com piso e espelho quebrado e botoes sem funcionar. Recepcionistas noturnos rudes. É claro que nao tem manuntecao no hotel.

PÈSSIMA ESTADIA! NÃO RECOMENDO!

Péssima estadia. Não recomendo! A começar pelo check-in demorado, passando pelo WIFI que não funcionou nenhum dia no quarto e péssimo café da manhã que não é nada daquilo que tem nas fotos. Os recepcionistas são muito desinformados. O quarto é muito bonito e espaçoso mas muito barulho externo vindo dos outros quartos incomoda a noite e não funciona o WIFI. O café da manhã é péssimo, este foi um dos requisitos para escolha e fui enganado ao ver as fotos e a realidade, quando acabavam as coisas não tinham reposição, não tinha quase nada para quem tem alguma intolerância, o pior é ver a cara fechada dos atendentes e repositores. Mas tenho aqui que tirar o chapéu para os manobristas e o estacionamento que era de graça. Em resumo, pelo valor das diárias o hotel ficou muito a desejar.

Bem razoável

Razoável, o enxoval do hotel estava muito velho, as toalhas rasgadas, passamos três dias, só no último dia colocaram toalhas decentes porque pedi que fosse trocado, realmente pro preço acho que o mínimo deixou a desejar.

No dia de sair eles ainda queriam mandar o tecnico na parte da manhã olhar o frigobar as 10 horas da manhã! Na chegada à recepção foi péssima ficamos por dois dias no segundo dia as recepcionista estavam com uma falta de vontade de ajudar. Foram limpar meu quarto, limparam bem mau. Fora que não limparam o banheiro pedi por duas vezes e não foi feita a limpeza do mesmo. Foi péssima a estadia.
