"It was nice to have beach loungers when traveling via plane. What wasn’t nice is that the pool was very dirty and cloudy the whole time we were there. Everytime we called down to room service for towels or coffee we waited an hour and the just went downstairs to get the items ourselves. "

The grounds were nice but the website photos made it look better. The pool and rooms were misleading, outdated and disappointing. Very family oriented with lots of kids but TV channels were spotty and no option for streaming. Few shops and options within walking distance for restaurants, bars, etc.. "

"I love everything about this hotel the only exception is their tvs have no ability to stream Netflix or any other service. Only downer for me and elevators could be a little more efficient but the hotel is great. Second time there this time I brought my whole family and it was amazing, we had an amazing time. "
