"Great Breakfast. Food Service staff was excellent. Room was clean and spacious and loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash!! Room was veey clean, smelled good, the only complaint is that their TV's are not SMART TV. The Samsung TV was not capable to watch Netflix Hulu, Tubi and other streaming services on my accounts because the hotel has it set up for just their tv channels. It 2025 and for the level of customer service at a Holiday Inn Express, their TV should be updated, so it was a bummer to watch news, and old TV shows But other than the TV issue it was"

"Poor water pressure in the shower. AC wasn’t cooling properly. The bath water drains too slow. I took a shower in 3 inches of bath water. "

"Elevators being down made it a long wait to be able to get to a room. "

"Fantastic stay at a great hotel. We stay here at least twice a year and we have never been disappointed!. Going to wake up early and go get some breakfast! Highly recommend this place for everyone who wants a good stay!"
