"Very happy with the hotel and location. We had a double room with two bathrooms. I’ll never understand hotels using full size beds when there’s plenty of room for a queen. The room was large enough to accommodate bigger beds. Luckily it was just me and my 6 year old for this trip so it was great. The hotel offered some nice amenities that we unfortunately didn’t have time to use. The second bathroom was a nice perk of the room. The beds were comfortable enough. Not too hard and not too springy. The hotel is lovely. Beautiful old architecture and the lobby is stunning! "

Upon check-in, we encountered an unforeseen issue with our room key, but Felicia quickly resolved the situation by providing us with a complimentary upgrade, which we greatly appreciated. Additionally, Cheryl went above and beyond by assisting us in obtaining a private car service to attend a special event we were in town for. Their exceptional service truly made our experience memorable! "

"Nice and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to bus stop (bus 20) takes you to Magnificent Mile, The Bean…and bus 8 took us right to Rate field for a White Sox game. Just blocks down from Randolph Ave… lots of fun outdoor eateries!! Only recommendation- don’t take a room next to elevator because you’ll hear it go up and down ALL night long."
