Staff were excellent all in all except during my late night check in, it wasnt a very welcoming and I had to wait after the check in process started because one of the staff who apparently was under training (which would have helped if they told me) left me to go help someone else. 「Amazing hotel, a short walk from three metro stations. It was half hour from Gare du Nord, and half hour from the Eiffel Tower.
The small double room was small but perfect for a couple, with all the amenities you could need from a hotel room including AC. The decor is very Art Deco which we loved.
The hotel staff were friendly, knowledgable and spoke English.
