Everything was lovely, the hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice as was the spa. The only difficulty we had was that the elevators that was closest wasn't working properly, but they did have a second one at the back. Other than that, it was very nice.

Guys. This place is a gem. The staff were absolutely fantastic. The room was comfortable and the sauna healed me. The neighborhood is much more sleepy and safe than other parts of Paris but with tons to do and easy access to everything. I had a wonderful time.

The room was large, which is astounding for Paris. The bathroom was very nicely appointed and what a great shower. The room servicing was top notch with them topping up the little extras such as water and coffee. The SPA was amazing, very clean and well maintained, we used the pool, hot tub and sauna, there is also a steam room and an exercise room which we didn't use, however, we did look at the facilities and they were really good. Breakfast, we had a few breakfasts at the hotel and each time there was an amazing choice of food which was beautifully presented. Finally the staff, they were ever so helpful, kind and very professional. What a great hotel, we can highly recommend it and will stay again. Thanks to all.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the atmosphere felt calm, refined, and genuinely welcoming. The staff greeted me with sincere smiles and handled check‑in effortlessly. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and surprisingly quiet — exactly what you want after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens felt premium, and the small touches (fresh water, soft lighting, and a well‑stocked bathroom) made the space feel thoughtful rather than generic. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh pastries, great coffee, and a wide selection of hot dishes. The team working the dining area was attentive without being intrusive.Overall, this hotel blends comfort, elegance, and excellent service. I would happily return

Wonderful stay. Staff was helpful and courteous. Charming courtyard and well-appointed rooms. Our room had 2 large windows that opened onto a street. The roof across the street was being replaced but it was still peaceful enough to sleep with the window open. There’s a thermostat in the room and we had complete control of our room’s temperature. Metro stop, boulangeries, restaurants, and even a grocery store are within a comfortable walking distance. The spa facilities are excellent and quiet and relaxing. You need to schedule your 45 min/per day appointment with the front desk. That was plenty of time, however, if there was no one scheduled after us, the staff welcomed us to stay longer. Lovely, romantic, quiet space to escape the streets and heat. We found the 13th less touristic and more of a local feel which appealed to us. We took the metro to more crowded spaces when we wanted. This hotel is a good choice.
