The staff were 5 star. Very helpful specially on our 1st day where they let us have an early check-in. It was a life saver after a long flight. The rooms were basic but you have everything you need. Beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom needs to be remodeled. Breakfast was good but can be better. Location is close to transportation but kinda far from major touristy sites except for the arena and Bercy Village.

The front desk staff were very nice. Housekeeping was good, but the shower was small and the towels were thin. But for three star hotel, this is as good as it gets. Knowing what I’m paying for, would I stay here again? Definitely.

A lovely stay

We have stayed here before and love the area. The hotel is in a quiet and convenient area. There is a supermarket and bakery very close by. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. They have luggage storage which was very helpful as we arrived well before check in time. We were able to leave our luggage and explore Bercy Village.

Had a great day stay. Place is located within walking distance of every kind of food available. Safe, convenient and the staff is great. The room was really comfortable, clean and new.

Room was a lot smaller than I thought it was. Can't even bend down in the shower to wash/shave your legs. Breakfast was above par and the gym basic but convenient. Staff was friendly and facilities were very clean.

Good but could use improvements, more consideratio

Clean hotel room, friendly staff, good showers. The room is very small, but good for short stays. We appreciated the warm, high pressure showers, though the bathroom did not have hand/face towels which was inconvenient. Main complaint is that the doors and walls are very thin, and you can hear people clearly talking in the hallways, when doors slam, and when someone's in the bathroom in another room. Additionally, we could not control the temperature of the room, so at times it was very warm and humid, especially after showering since there is no vent in the bathroom. There also was loud banging in the morning, perhaps from construction work in the floor below which would be loud in the mornings.

The hotel is advertised better than it actually is.The air con was none existant and we asked for extra pillow but told.to.come back in the morning.The room is very basic and shower is very small.Staff friendly would not stay again

The staff is very helpful, it was a very comfortable stay. The room was a good size and it came with a kettle which is important for me who much prefers hot water in the winter. 😀 There's a lot of options for public transport but all of them will involve about 10 minutes walk (much like everything else in Paris) it's on the quiet side of the city so there's less food option and most attractions will require a train or bus ride. there's a handful of cafe and sandwich shops so you won't go hungry. I can see how someone might think the shower is small but I'm the type that don't expect a long relaxing bath while on vacation (I spend most my time out anyways) so it worked for quick showers. Sounds proofing wasn't the best, but not worst than most other hotels. All in all it provides a nice place for me to rest up after a long day of going around town.

Le bruit dès le matin dans le couleur + les travaux m'ont déçu... mais la chambre est vraiment impeccable. Dommage que c'est pas insonorisé, se serait parfait. Niveau propreté, accueil et confort, y a rien à dire, c'est super ! Je recommanderai quand même cet hotel !

Chambre et SDB minuscules. Bon c’est Paris. 22 euros la journée de parking c’est pas donnée mais à Paris …. Agréable d’avoir la bouilloire dans la chambre pour un petit café le matin (quand on ne prend pas le petit dej). La cabine de douche est vieillissante, comme la SDB.
