Very happy with my choice with choosing this hotel. The staff was outstanding and very polite. The hotel was very clean and near by there's options for food or a grocery store. The entire crew went above and beyond to assure our stay was pleasant. I do want to give a special thanks to Mon Desir who was at the front, she was GREAT!

This hotel has very large rooms compared to others in Paris. Room had mini fridge, microwave oven, glasses and dishes as well as a sink to wash them. The bed was comfortable and in the lobby there was coffee and sparkling water for free 24/7. The area does look a bit insecure at night. The metro station is located around 500 meters from the hotel and it takes like 20 minutes to get to the city center. Service was very good and breakfast was ok.

Hotel itself was easy enough to find although depends on how you reach the area ie Line 7 or bus 132 or tram T3a. Lidl practically few minutes to the hotel and also a small Franprix store. Check-in went fine but needed to double confirm the free breakfast status several times as Expedia booking clearly indicated as such. Room itself was very spacious, clean and with mini kitchenette. Breakfast offering was on a rather small side considering the 4-star rating but was sufficient enough. Water tap providing still and sparkling was a good feature. Overall, a decent safe stay.

The staff was phenomenal. Spoke English well enough for my wife and I (USA) to easily converse. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel room was spacious. Great spot on the south side, meaning it was very quiet and easy to sleep at night!

A nice and comfortable hotel

Very friendly staff. The rooms were also very clean and organized well. There were a lot of utensils in the room (microwave, fridge, coffee machine, cutlery). The hotel also offers a delightful breakfast. The 24/7 water(cold/hot) and coffee service is very convenient. Metro line 7 with connections to the entire city is 10 minutes away by walking.

Overall, the hotel is decent if you're looking for something inexpensive. I liked that they had AC instead of central air, like other places. Also, I liked that after a certain hour, the front door requires a room key to access which makes you feel a bit safer. I do wish they took better care in handling the linen and overall cleanliness; I found blonde hair in my towels while using them. Also, the Internet is spotty and every time you leave and come back to the property you have to sign up again.

The hotel itself is fine. The property is fairly new and immaculate. Each room comes with a microwave, sink, and mini-refrigerator. The rooms are air conditioned and the windows can be opened if you prefer. The shower provides excellent temperature and water pressure. The main issue with the property is the location, the area around it is a bit grungy and the location is a bit far from Central Paris. Although accessible by public transit, this hotel is not on a metro line, so you will need to take the bus and metro to reach central Paris. On average it took me about 45 minutes to reach most of the main attractions in the city. If you don't mind the commute then it's not a big deal, but if you want to be close to the attractions I would probably recommend choosing another property. Despite this it was a good stay overall.
