Planet Hollywood Costa Rica, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

"I just got back from a stay at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica, and honestly, it was such a great trip. The resort is beautiful — it’s right on a black sand beach, which was really cool and made the whole place feel unique. Our room was super spacious and comfortable, and the pool area was perfect: big, clean, and a great place to relax.
But what really made the experience stand out was the staff. They were incredible across the board.
Our butler, Henry, was awesome. He was super friendly and helpful, always checking in and making sure everything ran smoothly. He handled all our dinner reservations and just made things really easy, which let us actually relax and enjoy the trip.
At the Star Class pool, we were lucky to have Yearly taking care of us. He was amazing — always one step ahead, bringing us towels, moving umbrellas when the sun shifted, even covering up my kids when it started to rain. You could tell he genuinely cared, and that made a big difference.
We also had Samuel as our waiter at one of the cabanas, and he was fantastic too. Always around when we needed something, super attentive, and just really good at what he does.
Everyone we met at the resort was friendly, welcoming, and professional. You can tell they care about creating a great experience for guests.
Overall, I loved my time at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica. The setting is gorgeous, the rooms and amenities are great, but the staff is what really made the trip "
