Good family place. I wish there were more shaded areas close to the pools. The stone used around the pools must be replaced; they were a huge hazard to fall when wet and burn your feet really bad; we saw a few people falling. The room was OK; nothing special but are in need of upgrades & basic maintenance. ...

We just had a bad encounter with a bar (Filadelfia-I believe is the name off the pool bar) employee. He seemed to have an attitude and was a smart mouth to my questions. The other lady that was working had a pleasant attitude compared to him.
