「Overall the hotel itself is excellent, the staff, the facilities and the food.....an excellent hotel. The only negative does not relate to the hotel itself maybe more about the city of Kandy, its very nosey and busy, we were hounded by local traders and drivers all day which compared to other parts of the country we would not have the same experienceits 」

「Large, modern and well equipped room with beautiful views over the city and a small balcony. The restaurant and bar area is very pleasant, on the rooftop with great views. Food is a little hit and miss. Just worth noting that prices on the menu don’t include taxes. When these are included, this, together with service, adds a third to the bill. This is really misleading and could be easily fixed. Excellent value overall though. 」

「最值得称道的地方就是亲近自然。座落在风景优美的茶山上，客房被茶田环绕，景观自然出众。 早餐虽然简单，典型的英式早餐，但是坐在殖民地风格的餐厅里，看着优美的风景，自然觉得一切都值得，而且值得多住几天，细细品味。 与餐厅的优雅装饰相反，房间呈帐篷样，有些简陋朴实。因为雨夜入住，平生第一次遭蚂蟥咬，受了一点惊吓。于是非常仔细地检查每一角落，消灭发现的每一个小虫，这或许就是入住生态旅馆的必然代价。 最有问题的是，离Nuwara Eliya极远。网上标注只有10多公里，那是空中直线距离。实际要开30多公里的山路，要花一个多小时。所以，如果不是要多住几天特别享受茶园风光，建议不要去住。」

「訂房時找不到包早餐的房間，以為不包早餐，但早上收到職員通知：早餐是免費的，請我們不要太遲到餐廳，否則會錯過早餐時段。真的很窩心！他們提供詳細的旅遊資料。」

「Great place to stay in Kandy! Rooms are clean, comfortable, and shower is great. Staff are true professionals and definitely want you to have a great stay. Hotel is perched atop hill just outside of town. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the town is a nice 20 stroll down the hill. Staff hooked us up with a great driver for day trip to Sigiriya. Great place to stay!」

「酒店的整体景观很漂亮。距离市中心有一点距离，但是却落得安静。我们被安排在后面的一个WING，面向后山，距离大堂要走很长的路，因此没有什么噪声。但是采光和景观稍逊一些。房间尺寸比较大。竟然没有烧水壶，联系客房后提供给我们。卫生间镜子正对着卧室。游泳池在阳光下很舒适。酒店员工没有那么热情。如果有车出行，那么在这里可以考虑在这里休整。」
