The Best !

Amazing experience - all round wonderful hotel with exceptional service. Dananjaya and the pastry chef organized wonderful birthday cakes for my wife. We’ve stayed in a good few hotels around the world but never seen such dedication and kindness. We had an enormous room which was so comfortable. Credit to Sumit and probart for excellence in room service.

Very nice property and would certainly stay there again. A couple of notes. The carpeting in our room was getting old - number of small stains - nothing critical but for the standard the hotel portrays, it should be better. The morning rooster - every morning! Both the breakfast and dinner buffet were extensive, however the food quality was a bit below what one would expect from a higher end hotel. Food was good, but needed that extra oomph to bring it to a higher level.

Nice place, good service. Not many sun loungers at the pool. Sad to hear that the leftovers from the buffet are thrown out and not given to the ones in need. Try to reduce food waste, and at the same time do something good for the ones without much.

Overall the hotel itself is excellent, the staff, the facilities and the food.....an excellent hotel. The only negative does not relate to the hotel itself maybe more about the city of Kandy, its very nosey and busy, we were hounded by local traders and drivers all day which compared to other parts of the country we would not have the same experienceits

The hotel is an easy ride into town. Staff were very pleasant. We were upgraded to a family suite, which made our stay very enjoyable - great room. It has an amazing infinity pool overlooking the mountains. The pictures of the hotel make it look like there are no other developments around it, which is not the case. Unfortunately the food and drinks service was very chaotic. It often came late and cold. The wine and beer were served at room temperature. But they were happy to put on ice if you waited a while.

Beautiful hotel! Tranquil location (away from city centre), wonderful views from the room and restaurant/pool. Dinner/breakfast buffets we’re delicious and service was top. Room was spacious and bed super duper comfy, woken up by monkeys on the balcony which was noisy but cute. (Keep the doors closed). Staff were fantastic. Would recommend!
