「Lovely flat, newly renovated, cosy and bright. Great location, close to Camden market and to buses, overground and underground stations. You can access the canal path right down the building for a lovely walk. The communication with the host was perfect. As previous comments mentioned, the only downside is the shower heater that is hard to get right, if not impossible. But during heatwave, cold showers were much welcomed ;) Overall an amazing stay :)」

「You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they...

「Just off the High St in a perfect location to explore Camden. Room was clean, bed was great and the shower was hot with good pressure. Staff were helpful checking in and greeted us every time we came in and out. AC was appreciated given the heatwave London had when we visited, and was quiet at night. Picked this hotel for location, values and it delivered.」
