The unit was perfect for our needs. 2BR, 2BA which is rare for London. Only complaints I have were the beds were a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. Otherwise the place was very clean, had a washer, dishwasher and well stocked kitchen. Also grateful the place had a lift and ramp on the ground floor for luggage which made getting in/out of the place convenient. Located in Bloomsbury, it's an easy walk to the British Museum, Russel Square Tube station and multiple bus lines.

Very clean and safe. Management office/reception right next door. Problem with showerhead was fixed the same day I reported it. Location is wonderful! Walk to several adorable small restaurants - but not too many. Windows are old and the trash collection in the mornings (8am?) may wake up light sleepers. Not luxurious but great value and location. I would stay there again.

We liked how conveniently located the property is to so many things in London. Great parks nearby, supermarkets close by, Tutti’s Cafe is great for breakfast and lunch. Felt very safe and the staff were very helpful.

Spacious room with kitchen and laundry

I found this room when looking for a reasonably-priced room near Kings Cross in London with a queen-sized bed, a mini-fridge, and enough space to move around. This checks all those boxes and more! Most of the other rooms I found around this price range were much smaller, had twin/full size beds, and no fridge/kitchen. Nice bonuses for me were wifi, a clothes washing machine, and very friendly staff nearby. The location is nothing fancy, but there are pubs & shops nearby, it was quiet at night, and I felt safe walking nearby. This apartment-hotel is highly recommended as long as you don't need extra hotel amenities like room service or a pool. I will definitely consider this location for future stays!

Terrific location. Room smelled a little musty upon entering but it did clear up after we opened windows. Furniture and furnishing was very basic but totally fine. Was great to have a kitchen and a washer for our stay in London. Staff is very helpful.
