「Creo que fue una de las peores decisiones que he tomado para unas vacaciones. Mi experiencia en Playa Blanca, Panamá, fue muy decepcionante desde el inicio. Después de viajar toda la noche llegamos completamente agotados, y aunque el check-in estaba programado para las 3:00 p. m., solo nos entregaron la habitación a las 3:45 p. m., después de insistir varias veces. La atención del personal en ese momento fue poco amable y nada orientada al servicio. La limpieza del hotel deja mucho que desear....

「We stayed for four nights in the jungle lodge with ocean view. The lodge and view were excellent. The lodge is rustic but comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, clean bedrooms and bathroom. We got a kick out of the outdoor showers! The staff were helpful and attentive, however, the primary way of communicating is via WhatsApp and the responsiveness and clarity could use improvement.
