The property is dated. The sheets on our beds were worn out, razor thin. The pool is not too clean; algae growing on the side and the water is murky. Lastly, the airport shuttle bus is small; we couldn't get on. However, the driver did his best to come back and pick us up on the 2nd round.

Disclaimer. I am comparing to hotels in G8 countries. But for this price, right or wrong, I expected more. Nice they have a pool and pool bar. Gym is lacklustre as expected for a hotel but disappointing to see rusty, and in disrepair. Room was clean enough but again i expect more for this price. Toilet had cracks. Tilework had cracks and chips. This is my fault for not speaking Spanish. So it was nice the staff speak English. That being said, their level of attentiveness wasn’t great. Little things. The gym says open at 6. It was locked at 6. I went and asked. Front desk said 7. I said no. It says 6. She said 7 and turned away probably hoping i go away. I said the sign says 6, i went yesterday. So they unlocked it. Breakfast was very sub par. Cheap drip coffee. Sad looking watermelon and pineapple. Scrambled eggs out of bag. I expect this from a budget hotel. Is this normal in Panama? I don’t know. I wouldn’t stay here again but maybe this is the standard. I don’t know yet. My airbnb stays were great.

The hotel was well suited for everyone - families or couples. The amenities were great and helped make the experience more enjoyable. The serving staff in the restaurant, the inside bar and the pool bar were awful. Extremely slow and downright rude.

The staff was very polite. The restaurant is ok not special. The casino is not on the property. You have to walk along the outside fencing to get to it. So not sure why casino is included in the name. The bedroom is basic. The bathroom is ok. The room was clean. The comforter had holes. Overall not a horrible experience just ok.

Pool, pool bar, food were all wonderful. The service at the pool and front desk were great. The service at the restaurant was super slow and the girl at the register took FOREVER when we went to pay for dinner. She was on her phone talking and texting and then disappeared for at least 5 minutes to actually get our bill from the server. Very poor service at that point/person. Overall, however, if we ever have the need to stay close to the Tocumen Airpott, we will definitely return here.

This airport hotel was once nice but management has let it slide dramatically. The staff is surely, the service abominable, the infrastructure crumbling & the food is at best abismal . Every single part of this would make Senor Riande cry. Do not stay there !
