「We loved the space and workspaces that came as part of the members club. The room was stunning and well kept. Only slight con was the staff was not always on the same page and when we arrived at 5am we were told that our only option was to wait until 4pm to be brought to the room. Later, asking a different front desk employee we were told the room had been ready and could be taken up. Not sure why we had to wait in the lobby for as long as we did. 「Suite for family size group was spacious and accommodating. The front desk staff were helpful when needed but we did find the shampoo and conditioner dispensers empty and had to ask for hand soap. Convenient location and nice amenities. They even had the 2026 World Cup games on during the tournament.」

「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...

「The room smelled funky like they had a previous flood and never cleaned the carpet. In addition, I put the air conditioning down to 62 as it was so warm in the room and maybe it got down to about 74. I was so exhausted by the time I got there, I didn't ask to change the room. I was nervous about upcoming surgery and really didn't want to be bothered with changing. The lighting in the room was also dim. The food from restaurant and continental breakfast were both good.
