「Agradecemos que nos hayan entregado temprano la habitación, pues veníamos muy cansados del crucero; pero no asearon la habitación en nuestra estancia de dos noches. Es un tema la alberca, hay que bajar a nivel calle para tomar elevador al último piso, y allá no hay quien atienda ni forma de solicitar bebidas. El internet nunca funcionó bien, te conecta pero no sirve. La habitación demasiado minimalista, ni closet tiene.
El personal de recepción eso sí, muy amable.」

「The Arlo experience is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had and I travel a lot. Not only is the hotel stunning the service is top notch! Every one from the front desk to people who greet you to the pool staff. You’re not only welcome you are given top notch service. I love the texting option for things you need I can’t say enough good things about this location. It’s in a beautiful area with lots art and high energy Miami vibes. 「Location is in center of Wynwood. Be mindful that this is a more partying area in town but the apartment is very quiet, clean and comfortable. Keep in mind parking is $40 PER night at the lot nearby. We did find parking everyday on street but this was during the week. By Friday night, parking was limited on street. The apartment is very quiet but it felt safe. Pool is also nice. 」

「This was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my travels. I had registered as a member in the hotel's app and selected room 1813 on the 18th floor a day in advance. The room was available at the time, and the number was very meaningful to us. But when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk told us that someone had already checked in and arranged for us to go to a room on the 5th floor facing the street. The room was not well soundproofed and was noisy all night long. We didn't sleep well...

「Nice room and entire residence hotel/condos for a week’s stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, good a/c after maintenance got it working properly, lovely moire of the bay and ocean. Good restaurants a block away in the World Mall. Weather was good in February. 」
