「Overall the hotel experience was great with water daily, breakfast included and a free drink at night. Very clean and well managed property with very friendly staff. I would say the downsides are the rooms aren’t very updated and the windows were dirty. But still overall a great experience and we would stay here again. 」

「I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.」
