「Been coming to St. Pete Beach for 30 years! Favorite place we have ever stayed! Super clean, close to beach, great pool, rooms wonderful, walking distance to many restaurants and bars too! Matthew the owner was present and so pleasant! He went over and beyond to be sure everything was wonderful! We will do a hotel takeover and bring family and friends soon!! And Matthew is a Buckeye too!! Go Bucks!! Stay here and enjoy! Thank you Matthew! 」

「Very enjoyable stay! Staff were cheerful and enthusiastic😊 had interesting situation with the room lighting one night couldn’t shut lights off in the kitchen room and the next night lights over the bed wouldn’t shut off!!! Made sleeping interesting😅 run runner staff made great drinks and food was good. All in all beach pool and location made for a great time! Bus to John’s Pass was great! Rides from Rum Runner to the Beach and umbrella and chair set ups would be great!! All in all we hope to...

「Other than location, this property is just average. It is advertised as a boutique hotel, and is quite small, but, doesn't provide more personalized service than typical hotels. The toilet paper, paper towels and shampoos provided were subpar. Regarding cleanliness, this was also subpar. I know this is a beach location, but upon entering our unit, we noted sandy floors and area rug. Our white socks were filthy after walking on the floors. I am doubtful it was ever mopped. The beach view...

「I got a bad taste from this trip because I was hit with a $55 per night for amenities and $25 to park a car. After paying this most of the activities we had to pay extra for. It was difficult to get down from the room limited elevators and a long confusing walk to the stairs. 」

「This is a very cute and trendy little place to stay. The downtown area is lively and seemed to stay busy. The rooms are as described and very lovely and the bar downstairs was nice. However the two free drinks that come with the room are canned seltzers in the refrigerator in the room, not from the bar and walking through the first floor restaurant to get to your room with all your luggage is a bit odd. But overall, it's a fun place to stay if you like downtown life.」

「We could see a portion of the ocean from our room. The view of the ocean from the pool was wonderful. The room was cleaned everyday including fresh towels. The staff was also very night.」
