「Staff were great, location and restaurants were good. It is a smaller Resort, 2 restaurants, one pool,3 bars (close at 10pm). But there are many good Restaurants and bars outside of the Restaurants. Even though we tip all staff, we had one server at the bar and one at the restaurant, that always said "just leave your tip under the receipt", one even always wrote the word "tip" with a smiley face. 「We had a wonderful week after Christmas at the Hard Rock Los Cabos. The resort is beautiful, the staff was friendly and the food was excellent, especially for an all inclusive. We loved our room- swim up suite. That was a great option for our family to have a more private pool in the afternoons. The room was not that large, but it worked for our family of three. Our favorite restaurants were Umo, Zen and Toro. Visited the spa for a few massages one day and that was a great experience as well....
