「Great place to stay on the Gold Coast. Walking distance to plenty of places to eat and shop as well as the beach. The room had everything we wanted including a very comfortable bed.」

「Great」

「Good facilities, ocean views and walking distance to shops and restaurants.」

The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you pay extra charges. You have to clear the garbage by yourself. However if you are staying for over 7 days, once cleaning service will be provided. There is swimming pool and gym room, good for spending time and relaxing. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 supermarkets. All are closed...

「We stayed for 3 nights and on each morning we’d turn on the indicator requesting the room to be cleaned. No cleaning on the first 2 nights and we had to call reception to have housekeeping come in to change towels and clean the room. And even so the toilet was left uncleaned, the coffee cups were not washed, coffee pods not refilled. There were rust stains on the bathroom door, room not well maintained. The carpark smelled strongly of urine and unknown droplets of liquid dripped from the...
