「I really liked this property. It’s everything I want to have. We enjoyed the hot tub, I door pool and water slide. The hotel is an easy walk to downtown and many shopping and dining options as well as 2 grocery stores. Breakfast isn’t free but it’s cheap and has many options. I only wish the property had better lighting. Inside the room, washroom and hallways were not well lighted. 」

「Only one bad point: next to train rail, noisy when train pass by. Do not book this from expedia. I found that it is a discounted offer with no ensure car park lots and a next to road side room after i booked from expedia. Lucky that basecamp can arrange a parking lot for me and next time i will book them directly from their website. Expedia didn't tell me it is a "Please note that this unit has been discounted, as it does not have a guaranteed parking stall and is situated next to the stairs and...

「In the first night, the room is terrible. The furniture is in bad condition. The room is old and dirty. However, the hotel staff knows our feelings. They changed another room for us next day. That one was completely different. That room was excellent. All the negative comments in the last room changed to positive comments would be the right comments in the next day.」

「Great alternative to staying directly in Canmore or Banff, with it being very close. The kitchen and spacious rooms were perfect for our specific needs and desire to cook meals. The supplies are okay in the kitchen, and we were able to manage. The coffee shop next door is excellent quality. It was a peaceful and private environment. Overall, we were very happy with the stay and the staff was very helpful. 」
