「Only one bad point: next to train rail, noisy when train pass by. Do not book this from expedia. I found that it is a discounted offer with no ensure car park lots and a next to road side room after i booked from expedia. Lucky that basecamp can arrange a parking lot for me and next time i will book them directly from their website. Expedia didn't tell me it is a "Please note that this unit has been discounted, as it does not have a guaranteed parking stall and is situated next to the stairs and...

「Unit has some wear. Multiple lightbulbs burnt out especially in the bathroom which is rather annoying as it would of been such a simple fix prior to our arrival. Elevator was closed for repair and we were not informed of this until the day of check in and the message said it had started a few days before our arrival. 」

「Really nice and spacious condos. In our experience, you can't check in until 4pm and you have to check out at 10am. This does impact the value a little if you're only staying for one or two nights. You are only able to park one car in the parkade, any other additional vehicles would need to go on the street. 」

「Awesome location just minutes of walk away from downtown Banff. The room was spacious and very modern and comfortable. Parking was easy with an underground garage, although we had to pay extra for it. We stayed for 3 nights and it was pretty quiet at night. The staff was super friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend for its convenient location and comfortable rooms. 」

「The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.」
