「We extended a room for one more night on the second day of moving in and was charged right away, but on the original day of check-out we found our luggage and belongings are moved out of the room.」

「Very good location near downtown Canmore and Spring Creek. Bedsheets are soft and comfortable. Good for the price.」

「Kitchen was not properly stocked. No salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc. When we asked for it, they brought us small sachets instead of actual shakers. Laundry washer was dirty and had a smell to it. Shower faucets were dirty/rusted. Also parking is not designated and not guaranteed. We had to find parking outside which was far one night. And no smart tv. For the price, they are charging i’d recommend looking at other properties. This places needs a few updates.」

「Great room, cleanliness and view was stunning. Only thing is the hot tub situation, if there would have been more than one at least per building, it was hard to get a chance to enjoy it there was always overcrowding at the hot tub. Other than that for the room itself 5 stars. Also the parking placement for 401 was a little confusing and questionable. Love that the room supplied and generous amount of shampoo, body wash and conditioner. 」

「The hotel is located on the north side of Banff town, right along the main road (the town basically has one main north–south street), with a bus stop directly in front, which makes it very convenient.
