「Overall we had a very unpleasant stay there because there are many (thousands) ants in the room. Everywhere from night stand to bathroom. When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. 」

「We had a partial oceanview, the room was pretty clean, the bed was super comfortable. The youngman at the registration office was very personable and friendly, the woman who checked us in not so friendly. All the housekeeping and grounds staff were also very nice. It is an older hotel but we did enjoy it.」
