The property was nice and easy to find. The owner was helpful, welcoming, and optimistic about our arrival since I competed at the Ventura Half Marathon. If you guys want a simple place to stay while you're out here, I'd recommend giving this place a shot.

Very nice property, well maintained and managed by very nice employees. The property sits perfectly off the Main Street. Making it more desirable to an individual or family that is looking for an affordable very nice hotel room that includes: tv, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Clean, friendly, low noise from main hwy, and location is close to excellent restaurant’s and semi fast food eateries.

Modest, but clean and more than adequate. Fairly large fridge was a nice surprise! Within walking distance is a pizza/brew restaurant and a bit farther we discovered a place with great fish tacos.

Hidden gem, great staff. Friendly service, clean accommodations. Wonderful amenities in the rooms. Great for a single person busy that needs their rest or an entire family that likes safe, clean, friendly atmosphere's and is respectful of other occupants.
