"Our room had half eaten food in the fridge when we arrived and socks from the previous guest’s stay. Very nice hotel and staff, but extremely busy. If you are looking for a relaxed, quiet environment, this hotel is not the place."

"So I was here for work and stayed in the back of the property. First I booked on line and when I got to the property it was almost 2k more than I booked for. The bar and restaurant they claim to be open starting at 5 never was unless it was for a private party. The building Nextdoor had parties for two days that lasted until 3am. The front desk didn’t disclose that the restaurant wouldn’t be open nor did they disclose the noise complaints from other guests. For three days I stayed awake, called the front desk with the same answer “we can’t do anything about it.” It smelled like weed every time you walked in. If you’re planning on getting rest so you can work don’t stay here! "

"Very dated. Mold in the showers, sand on the floors. Room slept 4 (we had 3) it only had 2 cups 2 coffee cups with a terrible coffee maker we didn’t even want to use so went downstairs for coffee and the line was so long we just left hotel for coffee somewhere else. 3 flat pillows on the bed. Why not 4 so each person could have 2 terrible pillows cuz you had to put them together to make 1. Bed uncomfortable and the room needed updating. The grounds are nice but very crowded. Never staying here again "

"Fantastic hotel at a fantastic location. We found the area to be quite safe contrary to some of the negative online reviews. Hotel allowed us to explore more of the Hollywood walk than we would do otherwise. Tour buses depart from walking distance, making everything really easy with young kids"

"We were on a high floor w partial view of the beach, Diamond Head, and the sunrise. Room was big! Daily housekeeping. Very comfortable bed. Parking is expensive."
