「Location is great… but updating is needed for the room and bathrooms… curtain was smelly… beddings and pillows can be replaced with a new stock.. after so many years of use.」

「The hotel shuttle driver was very rude. I was told to wait at the airport at the 40th minute of the hour. I was there at 35th minute. The shuttle arrived early and was about to leave. I waved and asked the shuttle to stop. The driver was very angry, saying words that he shouldn't have said. I did nothing wrong, I was even early. It's that he was early. Regardless, he shouldn't have said what he has said. I will avoid this hotel next time so that I won't need to take their shuttle again.」

「Employees are nice and the room is clean and fashion.」

「Good」

「Easy self checked in. Room was spacious with a nice kitchenette. Request for extra bathroom carpet was instantly catered through the Aparthotel app.」

「Great convenient location with elevated train station across the road.」

「I enjoyed the breakfast」

「The staff was nice and accommodating :) The one issue was the water in the bath/shower was very slow to drain :( Wish there was some onsite washing machines.. but we found a coin laundry.」

「Lucy made us feel extremely welcome in her home! The room was clean, bright, and cheerful and we made use of a well equipped kitchen for our breakfasts. Bubble the puppy was very friendly and also a pleasure to meet!」
