「Beautiful hotel, and the parking garage was an unexpected plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful.」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and room is clean and updated. Everything was excellent except the room always felt stuffy even with the air conditioner on. My 26 year old daughter said her bed was hard and she had difficulty sleeping. But I thought my bed was comfortable.」

「At check-in, the toilet seat wasn’t installed, it was just sitting loose on top of the stool. They asked at check-in if I wanted housekeeping during my 3 night stay, and I said I did on the second full day. When I got back that day, no housekeeping had happened. When I asked for fresh towels and why housekeeping didn’t come, I was told that I must’ve had a do not disturb sign on my door. Funny part is, I didn’t even have a do not disturb sign in my room to put out; I actually looked for it the...

「Had window air conditioner which was very loud. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. But when i opened the door to the mini fridge to put a bottle of soda in it, it stunk. Smelled like sour milk. It made the whole room stink. It is by a busy highway, so early in the morning you can hear a lot of traffic noises. (If the ac isn't on ti drown it out). The guy who checked us in was very friendly. We were only there one night. We did mot vheck out breakfast options.」

「While the staff was very friendly and helpful my room had some remnants of past guests, for example a Doritos chip left tucked up near the bed frame and the morning breakfast was quite sad to look at. But in grateful that this place exist because it wasn’t the place I came down for I came to visit my boyfriend which I plan to do often and if it wasn’t for this place I didn’t really have another option so thank you Four Seasons I will return soon! 」
