Mark was so friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Eureka Springs. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. 「Very clean hotel. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and even had brownies available for the guests. The room was clean and comfortable. A welcoming hotel. I’d definitely recommend staying sometime.」

「We never received our code for check in and no one answers the phone. My husband finally had to go find the office to get our room code. There wasn’t enough parking, our bathroom door would get stuck when you closed it, and our room smelled like paint. There were several outdoor sitting areas that were very nice, but it definitely doesn’t look like the pictures.」
