"Location was good. Able to get to the Yamanote and Keihen Tohoku Lines and travel around Tokyo. Bath house was nice and clean. Nice to relax at the end of of long day in a warm bath. Only wish would have been a sauna and a cold bath. Having the Lawson convenience store inside then hotel was a treat. I didn’t eat breakfast at the restaurant so I have no idea if it is good or not. Can do Laundry in the hotel. I think they had a gym but it was really tiny so I just passed on it."

"The location is great, very very close to the Shibuya crossing, all shopping, and restaurants. The room was small and not enough space for luggage specially if you are with family. The bathroom is probably 4x6 feet Breakfast is minimal, is ok. Not enough outlets if you have to charge things , specially if you are with family.( you will need to have an extension). The best thing Is that they have a scale to weigh your luggage; that was extremely helpful before you check out and head back to the airport. I would definitely stay at that hotel again"

"There’s a wide range of amenities here. The location for experiencing Shinjuku is excellent and an easy walk with suitcases to and from the station. Breakfast was great - quite an experience if you only do it once. Otherwise breakfast is easy to find at nearby shops. Air conditioning was easy to work and very quiet. Definitely worth booking a twin room if you can for the extra space."

"Hotel room is big. They have really nice rooms. The only problem was their shuttle service from Disney Sea. 930PM was their last trip even thou park closes at 9AM. We can’t even fit on the shuttle bus for the last trip. Bus was too crowded. We have kids We had no choice but to walk to the other exit area where the taxi stand is and spent to get to the resort. Hotel should consider the rush after the theme park closes and consider adding time slots after 930PM."

"Unlike any other of the 5 hotels I’ve been to this trip, this hotel amenities are very poor. There is only few things in the room and that’s it. No amenities tray in the lobby like all others. No shower cup, no hair bands, not even a bottle of water. There’s an empty carafe you can fill by yourself. "
