If you include breakfast in your reservation, the buffet offers an array of options. The Tailwind Restaurant offers reasonable options for lunch and dinner that include dessert! Staff is well trained to serve their customer. 5 stars +++!"

Although I was concerned about potential crowds at check-in, there were plenty of kiosks available, so the process was quick and easy. And the staff was very kind. We stayed as a party of three, including a child, and they had an extra bed ready for the child."

"It’s a wonderful place I that is slightly ticked away from Shinjuku yet close to everything. Quick walk to station and lots of cafes and eateries. Right across from Metropolitan building. Staff are extremely polite and eager to help. Had requested specific room to be able to catch a glimpse of Fuji and Met lights. They also had little gifts for my son and husband who were celebrating birthdays. Convenient airport limousine bus. Will stay here again for sure."
