Loved our stay here! Close to multiple subway lines and short walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Dotonburi. Staff here were very pleasant and our room was great. We always have high expectations of Tokyu Stay because it is our favourite hotel chain in Japan and this one was great!

The hotel location is perfect for those who wants to walk around the busier nightlife part of Osaka. It’s also super close to Osaka Meteo Midosuji Line, so traveling to Umeda and other cities in Kansai is super easy and convenient. The amenities were great, and the staff were super nice and helpful. Staff are very friendly and very willing to help in every way they can. The cleaning crew is great too, we get fresh towels and trash bags every day. They do it in such a discreet way without disturbing your stay. Definitely recommend this place!
