This was the nicest and most modern of the hotels we stayed at during our Japan trip. There were nightly socials with free beer and wine. The breakfast was delightful with a variety of options. They stock a wide variety of toiletries and skin care products by the check in desk on the second floor. I really appreciated the complimentary face masks after the dry plane air. I would happily stay at another Lively property.

This was a great hotel, excellent staff and excellent amenities. Rooms are reasonably sized for Japan, good air conditioning (essential in late July), hot high pressure shower and OK sized fridge. They have tea, coffee and hot/cold water available most hours, a nice selection of standard and fruit teas. Breakfast is not a big buffet. There are 6 types of Japanese breakfast “sandwiches” from which you can choose 3 each day, plus you get fruit and granola. The usual coffee, tea, juice and others are also there.
